Welcome to the English as a New Language Program at North Park Elementary for grades and FDR High School. This will be my 20th year at North Park and my third year at FDR High School. I am so excited that you will be joining us! I can’t wait to meet and get to know all of you. We will have a wonderful year full of language learning! 

My name is Jill Kelly. I grew up in Hyde Park and attended Hyde Park Schools. I am married with two sons.  We all LOVE to play and watch sports; especially soccer, basketball and ninja warrior. I graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Business Studies Minor. I have a Master of Science in Education from New Paltz and am certified in TESOL. I love meeting students and families from all over the world who are willing to share their cultures with me!
