If parents have a question or need support, the best way to contact me is by email kathleenthitchener@hpcsd.org

Parents and Guardians please include the following in your email:

1. Subject line: Note your request here

2. (Parent/Guardian) Include your name, your student’s name and your relationship to the child

3. Question/concern

4. Best method to reach you (phone call, email)
