Place your label on a black A3 clearfile provided by your teacher.
Take three good quality photos:
One photo of each of the three panels of your folio.
Create the first slide of your scholarship workbook:
Insert each photo onto the first slide, ensuring each panel has its own dedicated space in the correct order.
Complete your scholarship workbook on Google Classroom:
Fill in all required information and sections within the workbook.
Turn in your completed workbook on Google Classroom.
Your teacher will:
Print your workbook.
Place the printed workbook in a clearfile.
Send the clearfile along with your folio.
Remember: Follow your teacher's instructions carefully and pay attention to any additional requirements or deadlines they may have.
Scholarship workbook specifications
A Scholarship workbook must accompany all Visual Arts Scholarship entries.
The workbook and the submitted portfolio must be prepared together, in parallel, in the same year.
Workbook material must be submitted in an A3 clearfile folder and is limited to 8 single-sided A3 pages.
Workbook material may be displayed in either portrait or landscape orientation.
The workbook must start with a title page that references the portfolio as a whole. The title page is for the marker's reference and will NOT count in the candidate’s allocated 8 pages.
For a portfolio board submission, the title page should provide a series of photographs of the three panels, in the order in which they are presented.
For a moving image submission, the title page should include a series of screenshots of up to a maximum of 12 frames in the order in which they appear in the moving image submission.
