Hi there! My name is Ms. Sheemar and I teach Texas History at Lanier Middle School. I am a native Texan and proud. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2003. I have a major in History and minor in Education. I enjoy attending all Houston sport teams on my free time. When I am not teaching, I love exploring new hiking trails, learning about different cultures, and experiencing food around the world.
