How I am demonstrating teacher-leadership as a TLIIST fellow?
I am demonstrating teacher-leadership qualities by conducting staff professional development and training opportunities for other teachers to learn how to differentiate their instructional practice. This year and previous school years I have trained my entire staff and other campus staff on the importance of Notebooking. I have trained staff members on how to incorporate the use of "Foldables" in their classroom to support differentiation of instruction. As my campus Effective Practice Specialist I also conduct ongoing staff development to help support best practices to increase teacher instructional practice.
