COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In the interest of COVID safety, public health and community care please review our COVID convention guidelines:

• Plan to do a rapid COVID test on the first day you plan to attend the conference. For folks traveling from out of town please test before traveling to the convention. 

  • • • Note: We will have rapid tests available at registration for anyone who needs one.

• If you feel sick with cold or flu-like symptoms or any other COVID symptoms please refrain from attending the conference. 

• We will require all conference attendees to mask, ideally with a KN94/95 mask, in all indoor areas during all conference activities except when eating or presenting.

• Practice regular handwashing and other COVID safety precautions.

Accountability to uphold these guidelines will be aligned with our values of collective care and mutual aid and not through policing and surveillance.
