Days before your arrival: A pre-check-in link for entering guest information will be sent to your registered email address or phone number (SMS email), so please fill it.
Days before your arrival: After registering from the advance check-in link, a QR code will be issued. Or check the 8-digit check-in code in the email. (Please contact us if you do not receive the email)
After check-in(during your stay):Head directly to the hotel and check in on the check-in tablet. If you have already checked in in advance, please enter the QR code or the 8-digit check-in code in the email for self check-in.(*If the entrance is locked, the key number will be sent to you by e-mail a few days before and the day before.)
After check-in: The room number and password for the room key will be displayed on the tablet, so please check them before entering the room.
Check out time :Please check-out till 11am. An additional fee will be charged in case of late Check-out, so please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to do late checkout.
Moving furniture:Please do not move furniture of the room as it may cause damage or injury.
Additional charge: Please contact us in advance if you want to add more people. Additional amount will be charges on incurred in the equipment damage, stains, excessive noise, smoking outside on the designated area, vomiting in the room, etc.
Guest restrictions: Accommodation and entry are prohibited for those guest without a reservation. If it is discovered without permission, an additional fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. (There is a 24-hour surveillance camera in the hotel)
Noise: Please be quiet, especially after 10 pm. If you feel noisy, please be sure to contact us immediately . (If you don`t contact on the spot, we will not be able to solve the touble and provide refunds)
Smoking: All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Please be sure to smoke outside of the building if there is no smoking zone on the hotel.
Others: Please note that we may ask you to leave the room if you take any action that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

1)How can I get the room key?
After completing the check-in procedure, the room number and key PIN will be displayed on the check-in tablet. Please enter the 8 digits Check-in Code on the check-in Tablet for the Check-in procedure.
2)Is it possible to check-in if all the guests are not present at the time of check-in?
If you have a reservation code (6-digit number required for check-in), you can check-in even if you do not have all the guests. you just need to enter the detail of the guest so then you can enter the room.
3)Is it possible to advance the check-in time?
we are very sorry to inform you that check-in time is available only after 16:00.
4)Can I extend the check-out time?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the check-out time is until 11:00, but depending on the situation, it is possible to extend it until 12:00, but an additional charge will be incurred. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to do so.
5)Is it possible to leave my luggage in advance before the check-in time?
There is a luggage space on the left back after exiting the elevator on the first floor of the hotel.feel free to use before check-in and after check-out
