Forensics are really popular because of all the TV programmes about forensics, e,g, CSI, NCIS, Sherlock Holmes, Enola Holmes, there’s heaps more.

Because there are so many different problems that a forensic scientist has to solve, no one person can be an expert in everything. So they now specialise in different areas of Forensics

There are over 40 different ways to detect fingerprints! That must mean they are pretty important right?

Here a video on how to take a cast of a footprint. I think the guy should have used way more plaster to get a good thick print. I did look at doing this is class but unfortunately Plaster of Paris isn't cheap.
Use a piece of tape to remove dirt/grass/stuff stuck to your shoe and place the tape in the correct box.
