Andy Melka

Mr. Melka has 10+ years of experience in renewable energy development with significant expertise in site assessment, local permitting, interconnection design and project management. He has successfully shepherded dozens of projects through local Conditional Use Permits, Interconnection process and construction. He has worked as lead Developer, and mentored teams of Developers, for both entrepreneurial startups and large international utility companies. He is a Vice President and Officer of Horizon Solar Power. Andy is also a veteran of many utility scale renewable energy projects including 500MW+ of wind and 50+ MWs of solar. Andy has a Master's degree in environmental management from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Northwestern University.

Allen Wilson

Mr. Wilson has 10+ years of renewable energy development and structured finance experience. He has significant experience as a Senior Analyst for national and international consulting firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Rockwell Collins and T.SAI. Allen holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Babson College, an MBA from Olin Graduate School of Business, a Masters of Natural Resources Law from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.

Jim Volpa

Mr. Volpa has 20+ years of renewable energy development, and has been instrumental in opening up development for solar energy generation in leading state markets, including at Bella Energy pioneering the use of third-party financed solar projects in the Colorado market. Jim has developed commercial, governmental and many University solar projects.

Gerard Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell has 10+ years of renewable energy development and project design experience. Gerard has been instrumental in the successful development of notable solar energy generation projects in New York, Illinois, Colorado and Hawaii. Gerard has strong ties to solar manufacturing sector.
