Joe Borkowski

Mr. Borkowski has 25+ years of senior management experience in renewable energy development and high-tech industries at both entrepreneurial startups and large international companies. He is a co-founder and Director of Horizon Solar Power, Horizon Power Solutions, and been founder and (past) President of other successful state-specific development companies. A veteran of many utility scale renewable energy projects including 500MW+ of wind and 50+ MWs of solar, Joe has shepherded many successful projects to fruition, and built and managed teams and companies in the fields of utility scale power generation, technology services, and real estate development. Joe has a Masters degree (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Marquette University.

Evan Christenson

Mr. Christenson has 25+ years of senior management experience in renewable energy development, structured finance and banking. He has significant experience in renewable energy project finance and tax credit monetization. He was a Vice President at both PNC Bank and Southern Pacific BanCapital, before becoming Managing Director of RC Energy Group and Rockwell Financial Group.

Aylin Cankardes

Ms. Cankardes has 25+ years of senior management experience in renewable energy finance and banking. She is a founder of the Rockwell Financial Group, and the founder and (past) President of Southern Pacific BanCapital. She has significant experience in renewable energy project finance and entrepreneurial businesses.

Kristine Penn

Ms. Penn has 20+ years of leadership and team-building experience at entrepreneurial startups, and as a strategic executive at large national and international companies. She is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives for a well-known international gourmet food brand, and is a co-founder of Horizon Solar Power. Kristine has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame.
