Welcome, Horizon Middle School families! The Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to providing an elevated experience for our students and staff. We are a federally designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We would love for you to join us in making a difference with Hawks Helping Hawks, our direct way in engaging parents/guardians in supporting Horizon through volunteer efforts!

Volunteer Opportunities

We have many ways to get involved, from helping with one-time events to joining a committee. We are always looking for volunteers for our PTO events.

Some of our ongoing activities include:

• Fundraising Events: Help us with our biggest fundraiser.

• School Events: Assist with various activities, like dances, throughout the year.

• Communications: Help coordinate and promote the PTO on our social channels.

An Important Note on Volunteering:

For the safety of our students, any volunteer activity that involves being on campus or in contact with students requires registration with the Central Valley School District (CVSD). You can register online, and your registration is valid for two years.
