Welcome back Hawk parents/guardians! A successful school year for your child starts with support of the PTO. It is the simplest and most effective way to support your child's experience while at Horizon Middle School. The Parent-Teacher Organization exists with a mission to provide an elevated experience for your child and the staff at Horizon. YOU are invited to take the crucial step to become a PTO Supporter today with your financial commitment to our Fill the Beak fundraising campaign.
The HMS PTO is a federally designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
