About Me

My name is Julie Franklin, and I am excited to be the School Counselor at South Hopkins Middle School. I am from Rabbit Ridge and attended Dalton School and West Hopkins High School here in Hopkins County. I currently live in Madisonville. I taught both middle school and high school English and was previously a high school counselor. I am a wife and a mother. I am also a dog and cat mom.   I enjoy being outdoors, flower and vegetable gardening, and reading.  I love being a School Counselor and helping meet the needs of students while preparing them academically, socially, and emotionally for life beyond school.
