Description

1. Regular check on all facilities.

2. Ensure all facilities are functioning effectively.

3. Ensure all facilities are safely in use.

4. Repair or replace faulted item(s).

5. Report to Church Office on faulted item(s).

Criteria

1. Member or regular visiting Christian.

2. Experience & knowledgeable in repair & maintenance.

Commitment

• Once every 3 months or project basis.

• Serve at Hope Sanctuary & church buildings.

Description

1. Participate in hall preparation before service such as:

• Chairs/seating arrangement

• Refill paper cups at water dispenser area

• Monitor cleaner job scopes

• Check air-conditioning temperature

• Make sure no strange smell within hall/corridor/washrooms (spray refresher)

• Arrange/keep Q-poles for 11am service...etc

2. Assist to inspect and check facilities, eg. Services, corridor, washrooms, crèche room, stores, etc.

Criteria

• Member or regular visiting Christian

Commitment

• Once every two weeks.

• Serve at Hope Sanctuary.
