Follow all posted signs and staff directions.
Drive slowly and remain alert—speed limit is 5 mph in school zones and carpool areas.
Cell phone use is discouraged while driving on campus.
Students should be ready to exit/enter the car promptly.
Students should NOT be dropped off prior to 7:45am. Supervision is available at 7:45am.
Use Designated Drop-Off Lane Only
Do not drop students in parking lots, side areas, or front of school.
Pull Forward
Move all the way forward in the drop-off lane before stopping to unload.
Curbside Only
Students must exit the vehicle on the curb (passenger) side for safety.
Quick Exit
Ensure your student is ready with backpack/lunch in hand before arrival.
Afternoon Pick-Up (Dismissal Begins at 3:30 PM)
Form the Pick-Up Line Properly
All vehicles must enter the carpool line by turning right off of Jaguar Drive into the designated queue. Do not stop or form a line at the four-way stop, as this blocks traffic and creates unsafe conditions.
Stay in Vehicle
Remain in your vehicle. Staff will assist students in locating cars when needed.
Student Awareness
Students should be alert and watching for their car as it approaches. They are expected to walk promptly to their vehicle once it stops at the curb. Students are not allowed to enter vehicles that are not stopped at the curb.
Follow Traffic Flow
Do not make U-turns or cut the line. Use the full circle/loop as directed. Follow staff directions for better traffic flow.
Arrive On Time
Avoid arriving too early and blocking lanes—staggered arrivals may help reduce congestion.
Pick up on Time
Students are expected to be picked up by 3:55 PM. Supervision is available up to 3:55 PM.
Safety Reminders
Do not park or leave your car unattended in the carpool lane.
Students should not cross the carpool line.
Be courteous—model respectful behavior for students by showing patience and following rules.
Weather Delays: Rainy-day dismissal may take longer. Follow staff instructions closely.
Alternate Pick-Up Options
If you must park, use the designated visitor lot and walk to the assigned walker pick-up area.
Notify the school in advance of any changes to pick-up arrangements.
To maximize safety for all students avoid parking in the designated bus lot across from the Berry campus or non -designated areas.

Staff will be present to help supervise this area during dismissal.
