Scouts BSA Hong Kong Troop 1 registration is open for 2026 - 27.
Registering in Scouting America's Scouts BSA Hong Kong Troop 1 is a 2-STEP PROCESS.
Both steps are REQUIRED with TWO separate payments.
PART 1- REGISTER WITH SCOUTING AMERICA
PART 1- REGISTER WITH SCOUTING AMERICA
Scouting America Registration Fee that covers access to online access to the digital Scoutbook for tracking activities and advancement of your scouting journey and support of the Council for Scouting activities. Fee is roughly $140 USD.
**For this registration, you do not need to purchase the "Scout Life Foreign Delivery Subscription"/ Scout Life Magazine. **
Make payment to the Far East Council (FEC), part of Scouting America.
PART 2 - REGISTER WITH HONG KONG TROOP 1 (Local troop)
HK$1700 for full year, $1000 for half term
Local Registration fee that covers campout reservations, etc.
Register with using the Hong Kong Troop 1 registration link above and upload FORM A, B and Release Form to Troop 1 during registration.
Contact Troop 1 Treasurer treasurer@hongkongtroop1.org to make payment arrangements for Troop 1 fees.
Alipay (QR code on the left) or other payment method such as Payme, FPS or cash can be accepted.

Once registered, your Scout will need supplies for their Scouting journey. These include a Scout uniform with patches, tent, headlamp/flashlight, mess kit, a physical Scoutbook, sleeping bag and other items.
