Catholic Schools' Week starts on Sunday! There will be some fun dress up days and additional activities next week. Please see below for specific details!
Our ECE Open House for children entering preschool and kindergarten readiness in the 2026-27 school year will take place on Wednesday, January 28th anytime from 4-6pm. See the flyer below for more information. Please spread the word and invite a friend to check out our great school!
No class for ECE students on Thursday, January 29th due to our All School Field Trip to the Skatin' Place during Catholic Schools Week. (An email was sent last month explaining this in more detail. If you have any questions, please reach out and ask!)
There will be an early release on Monday, February 2nd. School will let out at 1:00pm. (Your child will not get a nap.) We will send your child home according to their normal Monday dismissal schedule. If you need something different, you will need to send us a note or an email.
Conferences will be Monday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 3.
Valentine's Day information below!
The weather is cold! Please make sure your child has snowpants, coat, hat and warm mittens here every day. When the weather is above zero we will be going outside to play!
Please continue to check your child's folder every day and send it back to school the next morning. Any notes can be placed in the folder or zippered pouch.

Valentines
(Completely optional, you are not required nor expected to pass out valentines.)
If you are interested in passing out valentines, please read the following:
Send 18; one for each child in the classroom, including yours (the children love to pass them out and they always want one for themselves) - 11 boys/7 girls
Only have your child's name on the "From:" and leave the "To:" blank (It's best to be able to put any valentine into any mailbox, instead of having to "read" them all to find the right mailbox.)
Please send them on the last day you are here before Valentine's day. With Valentine's Day falling on a non-school day, we will be celebrating it on February 12.
Try to limit the sweets and candy...pencils, erasers, notepads, playdough, bracelets, tattoos and trinkets are great alternatives and last longer too!
Child 1: "Do you have sisters?"
Child 2: "No, I don't have a sister."
Child 1: "Well, you should get one!"
