Hi! My name is Isha, and I am the Editor in Chief of Satz's Newspaper Club. I'm extremely passionate about journalism, reading, and late-night coffee. I'm also a die-hard Swiftie, and when I'm not listening to Spotify, I can be found with my nose in a book (I'm a fantasy lover!) or playing tennis. I'm a big F1 fan, but if the latest race isn't on, I'm likely bingeing The Summer I Turned Pretty or Dancing with the Stars instead. 

Hi! I’m Elizabeth and I’m in eighth grade. This is my second year in Newspaper Club and I am the Layout and Communications editor. I love anything related to dogs (especially Samoyeds, as depicted in my profile picture) or boba. Besides attending school, I enjoy playing volleyball and tennis for the school team. I love reading, particularly mystery and my favorite series is The Inheritance Games.

Greetings! My name is Charlotte, and I am in the eighth grade. As the Features Editor, I am currently developing various creative elements for student engagement and showcasing my never-ending passion for reporting and storytelling in the Satz Newspaper Club. Outside of school, I am a nationally-ranked fencer competing in both national and international tournaments (I fence in the Y14, Cadet, Junior, and Division 1 age categories). I cannot wait to share my work with the Satz community and beyond!

Hi! My name is Polina Lazebnik, and this is my second year contributing to the Newspaper Club, and I am overjoyed to be one of this year’s editors. I am currently in 8th grade, and I love to write/read, swim, travel, and enjoy time at the beach. I look forward to a successful and exciting year ahead!

Hi, I am Aryan Jariwala, and this is my first year in the Newspaper Club. Some of my interests are reading, math, science, and art. Other clubs I have joined, besides the Newspaper Club, are the Science Olympiad, the Math Club, and Model United Nations (MUN). I also play soccer and tennis.

Hi, my name is Anna Leo and I am an eighth-grade member of the Satz Newspaper Club. I have always loved reading and writing, so I am very excited to be a part of this community! Outside of attending school and spending time with friends, I adore volleyball, running, making crafts, and my family. Ask me about books, and I can talk about them for hours!

My name is Anushka Trivedi, and I’m an 8th grader here at Satz. I love horses and have been an equestrian for about 4 years now. I also love playing tennis, volleyball, and swimming! When I'm not eating, I’m probably studying, reading, or listening to Taylor Swift! I am also a proud member of the Satz Band and play the flute. I love all things navy blue, forest green, and wine red. I love traveling with my family and spending time with my sister and best friends!

I’m a student with dreams of becoming a NICU nurse and/or a published author. When I’m not studying or hanging out with my friends, I’m either reading or writing.

Hi! My name is Olivia Sum, and I am an 8th grader at William R. Satz Middle School. I love playing volleyball, and I have been playing for the last 3 years. I also love reading and watching tv in my free time.
