My Teaching Philosophy
I strive to incorporate inclusion, a positive learning environment, and differentiation into my classroom. I am eager to meet my students and create a sense of community as well as a class family, in which students have a safe space and are excited to come to school every day! A positive learning environment will allow student growth in academics with the correct form of instruction provided. In order for academic success, instruction must be based on the students' strengths, need, and interests. With the consideration of both student learning needs and creating a sense of community, I believe successful teaching will inspire the classroom, motivating them to learn new things every day. Collaboration with parents and guardians will enhance communication skills, which emphasizes the student-centered approach. As an educator, it is my responsibility to be approachable to my students' needs and concerns, as well as share my love of learning with my students.
