INTEGRATED PRESCHOOL AND WRAP AROUND PROGRAMS

The Holmdel Township School District provides a rich preschool education, in both inclusive and special education settings. We are proud of the programs and of the outstanding services that are offered to our community’s youngest learners. These programs serve as a bridge to our full-day kindergarten program.

Young children have a natural curiosity and an eagerness to explore which are nurtured in the preschool programs. Thematic units incorporate activities which introduce or reinforce developmentally appropriate skills that lay a foundation for future academic success. The curriculum is both fun and meaningful for young learners. It is aligned to the New Jersey Department of Education Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards and supports the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual learning of children.

Family involvement is an essential component of the preschool experience. Regular communication between home and school ensures that our students reach their maximum potential.

We will host a Parent Information Program on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 7:00-7:45 PM with our school administrators and program coordinators, which will include a tour of our preschool wing.
