Title IV, Part A
Title IV, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) provides financial assistance to states and school districts to providing all students with a well-rounded education; foster a safe, healthy, supportive, and drug-free environment that supports student academic achievement and to increase access to personalized, rigorous learning experiences supported by the use of technology to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.
