Dear Parents,
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! We are excited to meet your kids and be a part of their middle school experiences! We know that there is a lot of uncertainty right now, but we also know that with facing change and challenges comes innovation, creativity, learning, and growth! Thus, it is our goal this year to provide our students with a sense of calm and comfort, while simultaneously providing them with opportunities to stretch their learning and potential.
This year we will be using an online language learning tool called Voces. We will spend time at the beginning of the school year, learning how to log-in and navigate this tool. Google Classroom will be our central location where you will find and submit assignments, zoom links, and receive daily announcements.

Students will need to login to their Google Classroom accounts. Then:
Select the class they want to join.
Click "CLASSWORK" in the top menu.
Find the ZOOM LINK posted as the "first listing" and click on the loom link.
The teacher will admit them to class when ready.

Return to the WL/UA Homepage. Scroll down and you will find four calendars. The first three calendars will list assignments for the week in each grade. The fourth calendar will give you a glimpse of upcoming due dates.

Teachers post grades on Unified Classroom PowerSchool. You may use the Hot Button at the top of this page to connect with the Unified Classroom login page. Please read the instructions here to create an account if you have not already done so.
