🎭 Our Rehearsal & Attendance Policy

Theater is a team endeavor! Being part of a cast or crew is a major (and rewarding!) commitment. Because every student's role is important, unplanned absences can negatively impact the entire production.

Please read the following policies carefully before auditioning.

General Rehearsal Policy

• List All Conflicts: Your child must list all known conflicts (sports, appointments, family events, etc.) on their audition packet.

• Attendance: We expect students to attend all rehearsals they are "called" for, unless it was a pre-approved conflict listed on their packet. For safety reasons, we do need to take attendance, and if your child is missing from rehearsal, they must be accounted for.

• Busy Schedules: We want as many students to participate as possible! If your child has a busy schedule but wants to be involved, please let us know. Roles in the ensemble or on the tech crew often have more flexibility (until Tech Week) and might be a perfect fit.

🛑 Absolutely Mandatory Dates

The following dates are essential to the success and safety of the show. We cannot build the show without every single person present.

All cast and crew are required to attend.
