Therapy groups are not just as places to “talk about problems,” but as healing communities that support the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, culture, and meaning—while prioritizing safety, choice, and empowerment.
Our therapy groups provide a safe, supportive space for healing that honors the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and relationships. Grounded in trauma-informed care, groups are designed to prioritize safety, choice, and respect, allowing participants to engage at their own pace without pressure to share.
Through guided discussion, practical skill-building, and mind-body practices, participants develop tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Healing is supported through meaningful connection with others, reducing isolation and fostering a sense of belonging.
Facilitated with compassion and care, our groups emphasize strengths, empowerment, and personal agency, offering a collaborative space for growth, connection, and healing.
We offer a variety of groups throughout the year. Below are the details about each group:
This free monthly support group offers a compassionate space for parents and caregivers of children with Sensory Processing Disorder. Parent/caregivers can share experiences, gain practical strategies, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of supporting a sensory-sensitive child.
Facilitated in a trauma-informed, strengths-based manner, the group focuses on building confidence, reducing isolation, and supporting both child and caregiver well-being.

This narrative therapy group is for individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse from a spouse, partner, or parent. The group provides a safe, validating space to explore and reclaim personal stories that may have been distorted through manipulation, gaslighting, or emotional control.
Using a narrative and trauma-informed approach, participants are supported in separating their identity from the abuse, making meaning of their experiences, and strengthening their sense of self. Through guided reflection, gentle storytelling, and peer support, members reconnect with their values, voice, and inner resilience.
The group emphasizes choice, pacing, and emotional safety, while fostering connection and reducing isolation. Participants are invited to witness and be witnessed with compassion as they rebuild clarity, confidence, and agency in their lives.
Cost = $30 per person, per session (total of 8 sessions provided)
