Club Registration Information

  1. Club offerings will be made available to families on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Registration will open at 12:00 pm noon on Friday, November 22, 2019 under the tab "Club Registration" on this website (link will be active only at that time).
  2. Clubs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis; however the enrollment deadline is Friday, December 6. All clubs are subject to a minimum/maximum number of students. Once clubs are at capacity, families will no longer be able to register for the club.
  3. New for Trimester 2 - when families register for a club, they will automatically receive a response receipt for the clubs for which they registered. On their receipt, any club for which they successfully registered their child will have a selection next to it. Any club that is full will be listed as such and will not be selected on their receipt.
  4. Payment is due within 48 business hours of submitting online registration for all clubs for which families were able to successfully register to the main office in the form of check, cash or money order made out to "Hoboken Charter School." If your payment is not received within 48 business hours, your child will not be able to participate in the club.
  5. We know that this is a substantial amount of money to pay upfront, especially if your child participates daily, so if you would like, you can submit two checks divided equally with registration. We will hold the second check for thirty days before depositing it. A $35 bounced check fees will be charged for all checks returned by a financial institution. Repayment shall be required to be made by money order or cashier’s check.
  6. Children should be picked up at 4:30 pm, unless they are participating in after care. Instructors will bring the students to the kindergarten room (K-2) or second grade room (3-4) to meet their caretaker. Students who are not picked up at 4:30 pm will proceed to after care and an additional $15.00 will be expected at pickup time.
