Hoboken PARENTS AND GUARDIANS Technology support
This site has been created to support families as they acclimate and continue to maneuver some of the most popular technology applications used in our schools. We are sharing this page to guide parents to resources and learning opportunities.
Our goal is to provide the best possible learning experience for each student while ensuring their safety. We are cognizant that the partnership between home and school is critical. We are excited to get to see all of our students as we usher in a new school year and we honor and respect our family/school compact. Be assured that your child's teachers and other school staff are ready and available to assist you. Please use the directory pages linked below to identify additional staff who may be able to assist.
As a supplement to our lessons and activities and as a guide for families to additional resources, we highly recommend Wide Open School, a curated site abundant with links for tips and advice, digital citizenship, virtual field trips, academic content, Social Emotional Learning, and much more. It is sponsored by Common Sense Education in partnership with over 25 other organizations. Common Sense Education, which debuted in our district in the 2019-2020 school year and via our Digital Citizenship Family Night, is at the heart of digital learning both in the classroom and beyond.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions and we are grateful for your partnership.
