Our STEAM Ambassador Program plays a crucial role in promoting STEAM education and creating a positive impact within our school community.
Increasing interest in STEAM subjects, fostering a love for learning, encouraging diversity and inclusivity in STEAM and providing support and resources to students and teachers.
Passionated students who are enthusiastic about STEAM and willing to dedicate their time to the program are recruited. In the future, individuals with a variety of STEAM interests and skills will be recruited to cover a broader range of activities.
STEAM Ambassadors will be on duty in the STEAM Room every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during lunch period

13:05-13:40 (homeroom activity timetable)
They will arrange lunch time STEAM related activities and promote STEAM education in their leisure time beyond the school STEAM education curriculum.
Propose the activities and events the ambassador program will undertake. Consider organizing workshops, science fairs, guest speaker sessions, field trips, or mentoring programs.
Organize interactive sessions or demonstrations during class time to generate interest in STEAM subjects. Showcase exciting experiments, conduct hands-on activities, or present real-world applications of STEAM knowledge. Encourage schoolmates to ask questions, participate actively, and explore their curiosity.
Pair older student ambassadors with younger students to create mentorship relationships. This can involve one-on-one or group mentoring sessions, where ambassadors provide guidance, support, and encouragement in STEAM-related projects or assignments.
Arrange engaging events and workshops that allow students to explore various STEAM fields. Consider inviting professionals from different STEAM industries to share their experiences, expertise, and insights. These events can include hands-on experiments, coding challenges, robotics competitions, or even career panels .
Using a Google Classroom to share resources, articles, videos, and project ideas related to STEAM. This can serve as a hub for students, teachers, and parents to access information and stay updated on the program's activities.
Extend the program's reach by partnering with other schools, STEAM organizations, or local businesses. This collaboration can facilitate joint events, knowledge-sharing, and access to additional resources or expertise.
Regularly assess the impact of the program by collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders. Analyse the data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments accordingly. Continuous evaluation will ensure the program's long-term success.
