Activities during the Hong Kong Scout 115th Anniversary International Regatta including oversea regatta competition, Sea Scout Gathering, land-based programme “Charting the Legacy • SeaScoutFEST”, NSO sharing, welcoming dinner, educational tour, local tour, etc.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding race 100 meters
Scout Standard Boat (Sprint) 100 meter
(6-person) Dragon Boat race 100 meters
Be a member of an invited Scout organisation from an Asia-Pacific country/ territory
Scout youth members aged between 12 and 26 on the first day of the event (before his/her 26th birthday)
Leaders must hold an official Warrant/Appointment issued by the local National Scout Organization (NSO) as confirmation of their position; and
Able to swim with clothes for at least 50 meters and tread water for 2 minutes
A team of 10 youth members and leaders per Delegation (at least 1 leader must be involved). More team(s) and member(s) are also welcome.
USD 240 per person
The fee covers all meals for the duration of the event including from dinner on 6th August to lunch on 10th August, campsite accommodation for 4 nights, transportation to and from the Hong Kong International Airport on arrival on 6th August and departure on 10th August, programme activities, educational tour, local tour, Sea Scout Gathering, sea parade, souvenirs as well as tour pick up and drop off.
The fee excludes round trip air tickets, additional transportation as listed in inclusion of fee, meals and transportation before 6th August or after 10th August (in the case of early arrival / late departure), travel/medical insurance and personal consumption expenditures.

All accommodation will be arranged on sharing basis, and it is intended for event participants only.
The working language of the Regatta will be Cantonese. English shall be used as a supplementary language. We kindly invite NSOs to nominate participants who are able to understand and engage in communication in English.
Overseas Participant List and Entry form (both electronic and signed scanned copies), must be endorsed and submitted through respective NSOs by Monday 22th June 2026.
Late applications will not be entertained after the deadline.

Immigration Department normally takes four weeks to process applications for visit / transit visa / entry permit upon receipt of all the required documents.
If any of your Scout member requires a visa for entry to Hong Kong, please inform us with the passport copy of the member concerned as soon as possible for the required invitation letter and other necessary documents to be prepared.
