Welcome to our Year 9 Options for 2024.
The site contains course descriptions and links to examination boards offered for Key Stage 4. We hope that you will find the site informative and that it will help you to make important decisions about the next two years of your education. Our aim is to provide you with as much information as possible to support choosing your Key Stage 4 subjects.
Key dates
Friday 8 December 2023 - Year 9 Students Options Assembly and Options website launch.
Wednesday 31st January 2024 - Year 9 Options Evening 4.30pm - 6pm at HBS. Please book tickets for the Options talk by clicking here. Subject teachers will also be available throughout the evening on a drop in basis. This evening is for Parents and Students.
Thursday 8th February 2024 - Year 9 Consultation Evening via School Cloud and Options Forms 'go live'.
Thursday 15th February 2024 - Final submission date for option choices.
Summer term 2024 - Option choices confirmed to Students.
