Goal #1: By May 2027, the school counseling program will implement a quarterly review of attendance and behavior data to identify students at risk of academic and social-emotional challenges. At least 80% of students who receive counselor-led interventions will demonstrate improvement in attendance, behavior, or both, as measured by a reduction in absences, tardies, and/or discipline referrals.
Goal #2: By the end of the 2026-2027 school year, the school counseling program will establish an early warning system to identify students failing two or more classes by each grading period, resulting in 90% of identified students receiving academic support interventions and reducing the number of students failing multiple courses at the end of the year by 20% compared to the previous school year.
Goal #3: By May 2027, through classroom guidance lessons, small groups, and individual counseling interventions, 85% of students participating in social-emotional learning activities will demonstrate increased knowledge and use of emotional regulation strategies as measured by pre- and post-assessments, resulting in a 15% decrease in emotion-related classroom disruptions and counseling crisis referrals.
