If you're having problems logging in to Google services or need technical assistance with any HISD technology resource, please email support@hisd.com. Using email and text messages (SMS) allows us to quickly send you links to support resources, password reset instructions, and other information that would be difficult, if not impossible, to express using a phone call. If you don't have access to a device capable of sending email or text, go ahead and leave a message at (903) 660-5262, but please understand that our resources are limited and it may take a while to get back to you.
If you're an HISD faculty or staff member, you must use the HISD Technology Work Order System (login required) for all technology needs. This will allow the HISD help desk and field technicians to better prioritize and respond to requests at campus and auxiliary support locations.Â
If your work order requires HISD Technology staff to enter classrooms or other student-use areas, please make sure to provide your conference period and lunch times so that we may maintain proper social distancing and limited contact procedures.
The HISD Technology Department is located just behind the Hallsville Junior High campus. The map on the left shows the easiest way to get to us using the maintenance road just south of the Junior High campus (click the map on the left for driving directions). When visiting the HISD Technology offices, DO NOT attempt to enter the Junior High buildings. If you need directions or building access, please call (903) 669-5990 ext. 5701, and someone will assist you.
