Criteria 1 - IMPACT - How will your proposed activity make a positive impact?

The application should clearly define how the proposed activity will:

  • Engage with other students and their families to understand vaccine-related concerns.

  • Provide information and resources to encourage students to get the vaccine.

  • Involve others who can provide COVID-19 education and assist with coordination.

  • Link students and their families to local vaccination resources.

Proposals will need to state what success will look like as a result of this activity.


Criteria 2 - COMMUNITY CONNECTION - Understanding the audience, local community, and issues

The application should describe the target community the activity proposes to reach: ages, ethnic background, school, location, or neighborhoods. If applicable, the proposal should discuss possible culturally appropriate strategies to reach their prospective communities.


Criteria 3 - FEASIBILITY - Ability to evaluate the impact and value of the activity

Grantees will be able to measure the success of their project. Proposals will demonstrate how they will use grant funds to support project activities.
