Returning G2C School 

Forms to Resubmit Annually 

STEP 1: Please resubmit the conduct the following water tests annually to continue participation in G2C: 

• Total coliform and ecoli water testing

STEP 2: Please review, update and resubmit the following forms annually only if there has been a change since last school year. If there has been no change, please email the G2C Statewide Coordinator at g2c.hawaii@gmail.com to confirm that there has been no change:

• Facilities Development Branch Review form 

• Garden Map

STEP 3: Please review the following forms as a team at the beginning of each school year: 

• G2C Food Policy Statement 

• G2C Project Team Roles and Responsibilities 

• G2C Requirements for Compliance 

Annual Training 

STEP 4: Please keep in mind you must attend an annual G2C training at the beginning of the school year. The G2C Statewide Coordinator will arrange and invite your school to this training session. G2C project leaders must be in attendance and are expected to train the rest of their G2C team before the first harvest. 

Annual Exercises + Audits 

STEP 5: Please be prepared to schedule your Risk Assessment and Traceability Exercise with your G2C Regional Coordinator in the beginning of the year. Please email g2c.hawaii@gmail.com to set up your exercises for the Fall Semester

STEP 6: Prepare for your G2C Annual Audit 

• The G2C Statewide coordinator will work with you to arrange your yearly audit towards the end of the school year (spring semester) 

• The G2C coordinator will also work to prepare you for your audit using the audit checklist (COMING SOON) 

• Your audit will be scheduled with North Shore Economic Vitality Partnership (NSEVP)

End of Year Housekeeping

STEP 7: Update and submit all logs, templates, and SOPs 

• Update your schools google drive folder with relevant logs, templates and SOPs OR email to g2c.hawaii@gmail.com

STEP 8: Fill out End of Semester Report Form

• Report forms are due before the end of the semester

• Prepare to answer questions about produce grown, harvested and served in cafeteria, impact of garden program, etc.
