Add student

Observing Multiple Students:

To observe more than one student (in either the Canvas Parent App or the Canvas site) you'll need to add a second pairing code.

From the Canvas site:

• Please log in to the Canvas parent site here: https://hinsdale86.instructure.com/login/canvas (The same username and password you created earlier (on either the Canvas site or the Canvas Parent App) will work.)

• Once logged in, click on the Account link in the navigation bar on the left.

• Click Settings.

• On this menu there is an "Observing" link where you can add a second observer code, which will add another student.

• Instructions on how to view this code (from your student's Canvas account) can be found on this Canvas page.

• This should allow you to access multiple children from both the Canvas Parent App and the Canvas Parent web site.

From the Canvas Parent app:

• From the “Manage Children” page, tap the “Add Student” icon to enter a student pairing code. Once linked, you can view your student’s Canvas course information in the Parent app and when viewing Canvas in a web browser.
