Y1 Transition

The ESF Admissions will usually share the transition info after the summer. Key points to note:

• An online form for parents to complete during September.

• A user guide will be shared with parents after the summer.

• Parents can select multiple schools.

• There will be reminders to ensure our parents receive the information.

• Research your choices! Most primary schools will offer open days in August/September, and some schools provide year-round tours. Learn more about the ESF transition pathways.

• We will continue to update you on any primary school tours or open days via the ESF Hub. 

The new ESF Early Years Associated School Model only applies to 2024 births and onwards
