Letter of recommendation from home school Principal/Counselor/Teacher/Coach/Boss, etc. (HACC teacher is not an option)

Updated resume that includes achievements and accomplishments as well as any community service.

A letter of recommendation from a  HACC instructor is not necessary because they are part of the determination committee. (New 2021)
