In math, over the spring semester we focused on quadratic equations. We made step patterns to represent these equations visually. Choosing to be creative, my partner and I chose ramen bowls to represent our equation. You can find the quadratic equation on the back, where x is the step number. We also went over the types of equations and then graphed them.
Writing passionately and creatively has always been a strong suit of mine, so when we were prompted to write our own poems I was compelled to write a meaningful one. We additionally worked to incorporate on lot's of poetic devices, such as repition or alliteration.
Music has always been a staple in my life. From a young age I was brought up around my parents music style, and slowly progressed to develop my own taste. We were prompted to write about songs that are meaningful to us, and I chose lot's of my favorite Billie songs because she as an artist is meaningful to me.
In Spanish class, we got to choose a country that's native language is Spanish, and I chose Chile. Beside me the brochure will show a notable Chilean artist, and numerous tourist recommendations.
To tie into our english poems we wrote, we also wrote a Spanish poem. I chose to write about my family, and my friends mainly. Including photos of the people most important to me.
