Family Engagement - All are welcome, come join us!
Family Movie Night
With support from the HTM Parent Association we are hosting a family movie night - all family members are welcome.
We will have a limited number of camp chairs - we are encouraging families to bring a chair and or blanket just in case.
The parent association will be selling HTM logo-wear and snacks.
When: Thursday October 28th, at 5:30p - 8:00p (movie will start shortly after 6p).
Where: HTM Lunch Courtyard
Picture Day - Next Tuesday
Picture day is this upcoming Tuesday, October 19. Students will be able to remove their mask for the picture.
NEW X-BLOCK SESSION COMING UP
Next week we will share x-block options in advisory (Ms. Veronica will shares these slides with parents too); students will officially begin their new X-Block on November 01, after SLC week.
Spirit Week - Oct 25 to 29
In the spirit of fostering as much positive energy as we can (and also knowing how many students are eager to show off costumes in the upcoming weeks), we will be having a spirit week Oct 25-29 (SLC Week). The days will be mostly focused on different dress, with some potential for activities to be run during break and lunch.
The themes for each day will be:
Monday (Oct 25) - Silly Hats and/or Hair Day
Tuesday (Oct 26) - Mix-Match Day
Wednesday (Oct 27) - Twin Day
Thursday (Oct 28) - Sports Day
Friday (Oct 29) - Awesome Day (AKA Costumes/dress that make people feel awesome)

Student Led Conferences
Your child's team teachers will be reaching out to families to schedule a time for student led conferences. To allow teachers time to meet with each child's family we arrange four days of half days from Oct 26th to 29th - as is the case with all of our other half days, we will continue to provide supervised care through The Zone until 3:30p each of those days.
