Wellness Check-ins & Wellness Hours
A wellness check-in is a brief, solution-focused meeting with a school-based mental health provider. Wellness check-ins are a way for students to access short-term support (~4 sessions) and resources to tend to social and emotional needs. Note: Wellness Check-ins are not intended to be ongoing counseling or therapy sessions. Please inquire with your child's teacher(s) for additional information about school-based supports via Student Success Team (SST) Planning.
