Key Elements of a Good Proposal:

1.  Name of the Proposal, such as "Plan for Website Success!"

2. Description - Describes in words the client will uderstand, what you are going to do for them.

3. Scope of Project - For you and your developers/designers, lists all key elements that will be included

4. ROI - Return on Investment - Describes what the client will save (in terms of human labor or cost savings), or what they will earn as a result of what they pay you.

5. Proposal Elements - line items listing each deliverable, with estimated time range

6. Summary: Total Estimated Hours, Rate, expected Cost for the client

7. Project Length

8. Signature:  The client has accepted the Proposal, and given you permission to begin

9. Terms & Conditions: This is where you will add any caveats or understandings, related to this proposal, such as is it binding or just a non-binding estimate.
