The Proposal section is where you build great proposals to win new Projects.
It helps you to consider all factors involved in building out a proposal with the correct hours estimated, as well as setup details, and contract considerations. You can print a proposal directly from the screen into a PDF to send to your prospective client.
When you win the bid, with a one-click button, you can transfer the proposal, and all of its line items and estimated hours into a brand-new shiny Project which you can start working on immediately.

The Backlog is the place where you store all the Tasks which need to be completed for your Clients.
It shows every single Task assigned. You can group, sort, and filter, by Client, Project, Task.
You can filter by Task Status such as Not Started, Working, Testing, Waiting, Completed, Persistent.

The Worklog is a complete list of all the work done by you, or your staff. It shows all comments about the Task. It shows the hours Estimated and Actual. It shows the current Status of the Task, whether it is still in progress, or Working, or Completed, or several other choices.
You can use the Worklog to estimate income earned by searching a specific date range.
You can view total hours accomplished by each staff person by searching for their name.

The Invoicing section shows you every invoice for every Client.
You can view and print and store them.
You can also automatically update Invoices with the most recent Worklogs.
Just click the "Create Invoices" button, and HighPower Freelance will find all unprocessed Worklogs, and transfer them into the correct Invoice for each Client.
It will also track total hours for each Task, Project, and Client, so you always have an exact number of hours completed and billed for each Client.
