Rozerin Bozdag's Cookie dough pizza
Ingredients
- 185g butter, softened
- 185g golden caster sugar
- 150g soft light brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 335g self raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g chocolate chips
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 25g giant white chocolate buttons
- 25g mini marshmallows
- 25g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C/160 fan/ gas 4. Beat the butter and sugars together in a large bowl using an electric whisk or table top mixer. Pour in the beaten eggs and vanilla, beating well until combined.
- Sift in the flour and salt and fold until evenly combined. Scatter over the chocolate chips and stir until they are rippled throughout the dough.
- Roll into a big round cookie and place onto a large baking sheet covered with parchment. If the dough feels very soft at this stage pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to firm up. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 mins until golden at the edges and still a little wobbly in the middle. Leave to cool for a couple of mins before topping. Spread the melted chocolate over the cookie, sprinkle with giant chocolate buttons, mini marshmallows and strawberries. Cut into about 15 slices and serve while it is still a little warm.

Ingredients
- Sesame oil
- onions
- garlic
- ginger
- carrots
- courgette
- broccoli
- yellow bell peppers
- prawns (optional)
- noodles.
For the salad
- 2 firm mangoes
- 2 small or 1 large pomegranetes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup of coriander
- 2 small limes/1 lemon
- olive oil
- salt.
Method
- Put on water to boil in the medium sized pan (about half fill it with cold water).
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Add in the vegetables slowly in the order of the ingredients list.
- Make sure to mix the around regulary so they don't stick to the pan.
- Add the noodles to the boiled water.
- Then add the prawns to the vegetables and fry until cooke.
- Serve!
Then the salad:
- Chop mango into cubes.
- Put in the pomogranate seeds.
- Slice a red/white onion.
- Finely chop coriander.
- Put everything in bowl with limes, olive oil, and salt.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups of self raising flour.
- 2 Cups of sugar.
- 1 cup oil.
- 1 Cup of milk.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1 tsp peppermint extract.
- 1 tsp raspberry flavour.
- 1 drop of blue food colouring.
- 1 drop of pink food colouring.
- 1 drop of violet food colouring.
- Sprinkles of choice.
- Chocolate spread.
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees.
- Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Then put all the wet ingredients together and whisk well.
- Then mix the wet with dry ingredients.
- Now split the batter into 3 equal batches and then add the flavours/colours of choice to each one.
- Pour all your batters into 3 separate cake tins and bake for 35mins.
- Once out of the oven ,allow to cool before layering.
- Once cooled place your first layer onto a cake board and spread on a thin layer of chocolate spread.
- Repeat until you have done all 3 layers,then spread chocolate to the sides and the top, to finish add sprinkles of choice to decorate.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500g. Flour
- 100g. Butter
- 200g golden caster sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- Baking powder
- Milk for cakes
- Fruits
Method
We take the eggs and beat them,add the sugar to the eggs then we add the butterthen the orange zestadd the milkmix them all and then we add the flour and the Baking Powder,melt the soda with the orange juice and all the ingredients create a cream add it to a cake pan and bake it at a temperature of 180 C for 45 min. Then let it cool and add the fruit as you want and the cake is ready to serve. Good Luck !!
