What to do if your Chromebook is not working as you would expect..

1. Check your wifi connection , try switching wifi off and on again using the settings cog

2.Restart your chromebook

3. Use a Google search to look for a solution online (this may need another device!)

4. See a teacher or technician in school

5. If you experience the issue out of school hours you could email support@millburnacademy.org.uk or support@highlandschools.net and we may be able to help but this may take time.
