2025 Calendar of Events for Parents

Please see below for our calendar of school and local events that may be useful for parents. Should you wish to inform us of any event to be added or you notice any amendments that need to be made, please get in contact.

Friday 28 November: Open Morning

The school would like to invite all parents and carers to an Open Morning at the school on Friday 28 November 10am – 12pm.  

Come and see what the children have been learning this term.

• Take part in games and activities organised by the Clan Chiefs

• Refreshments

• Uniform swap

Entry will be by donation in aid of the School Fund.

The Pupil Council and Clan Chiefs would be very grateful for donations of baking. 

Thursday 4 December: Christmas Market

This term’s topic is ‘Enterprise’. Crafts produced will be sold at the Christmas Market in Gairloch on 4 December.

Thursday 4 December: Christmas Tree Lighting at 6pm

Thursday 4 December: Christmas Jumper Day

Tuesday 9 December: Nursery Christmas Craft Stay and Play

On Tuesday 9 December we are inviting nursery parents to join us for an afternoon of Christmas crafts.   There will be opportunities to look through the floor books and for an informal chat with your child’s keyworker to catch up on how your child is doing.   There will be tea/coffee and mince pies. We look forward to seeing you. 

Tuesday 23 December: School and nurseries close at 3.30pm on 23rd December for the holidays

Monday 19 January: Parent Council Meeting

The next parent council meeting will take place on Monday 19th January at 7:00pm. This will be a blended meeting; taking place at Gairloch Primary School and online.
