Who is the:
Hico Education Foundation

We are a private not-for-profit run by volunteers and funded by those who support our school system. 100% of the proceeds go toward the Hico Independent School District. It is our goal to provide for the School, Students, and Staff to help ensure "for excellence in all".

Our Board of Directors and Advisory Counsel Members are a group of community members who devote their time and talents to making this organization work. Learn more about our team here.

The Hico Education Foundation links community resources with the needs of our schools

It is our mission to expand the educational opportunity of every student in Hico ISD. We believe that every child should not only have the basic curriculum, but have everything they need to excel in school.
Teachers and staff are the heart of our education system, we provide them with teacher grants to help them bridge any gaps and go beyond the basics.
