PerformCare New Jersey works with the Children's System of Care to coordinate the care of children, youth, or young adults with behavioral, mental health, or emotional challenges and gain access to the services they need. Along with many support options, Perform Care has the ability to provide in-home counseling services on a sliding scale based on insurance and/or income levels. Perform Care is a state service that contracts to private practitioners and covers many needs with specialists to provide specific care.
New Jersey Children’s System of Care Service Options:
In-home counseling services and in-home family consultations.
Response and assistance to behavioral emergencies that are not immediately life-threatening.
Assist individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities with coordinated care.
Locate community and financial resources for families and youths.
Refer and authorize youth substance abuse treatment services
