Your child will be sent a link to an online Microsoft Form, to complete their option choices. You may also apply directly from this page.

Students: please do not rush into completing your choices form. Please only do so once you have:
watched the Virtual Subject Information Sessions
attended the Live Q&A Subject Sessions
researched career pathways in your Careers Wales ICT lessons and looked through the Post 16 Options & Career Information
read thoroughly through the GCSE Options Booklet 2021-2023
spoken to relevant teachers in charge of subjects (named on your options cards and booklet)
discussed your choices with your parents/carers

Usually, we would ask you to visit relevant teachers and have a discussion with them about the subjects you were interested in studying.
It's not as easy to do that at the moment, so please use the card to see which teachers are the best to speak to/ e-mail about any queries you may have. You do not need to fill the card out and return it.
