The NAHS is a unique club specifically designed for the purpose of inspiring and recognizing those students who have shown an outstanding ability in art.  HS East students are recognized along with 35,000 other art students from high schools throughout the country.  Each year students in this society organize a special induction ceremony, art auction, and are required to perform school service in a way that promotes the arts.  The NAHS also strives to aid members in working towards the attainment of their highest potential in the arts and bring art education to the attention of the school and community.  All activities that will take place throughout the year will be planned and discussed at club meetings.
