Welcome to our adventurous Ivrit class! We love learning Hebrew through a variety of activities, using each of the five senses. In addition to studying from textbooks, students learn the Hebrew language through music, games, visual aids, and innovative technology.
Shalom!
My name is Sarit Linkon, and I am proud to celebrate my 21st year at the Hasten Hebrew Academy. Originally from Israel, I had the wonderful opportunity to serve as a Shlicha at Goldman Union Camp in Zionsville, IN, in 1988, as an art specialist. It was there that I met my husband, Jeff. Our sons, Stav and Aviv, attended HHAI from early childhood through eighth grade.
I have a deep love for working with children, teaching them my native language through engaging methods such as art, games, songs, and technology. My passions extend to art and design, as well as traveling, visiting museums, and enjoying time at the beach. Above all, I cherish the moments spent with my parents, brothers, and sister in Israel.
