Phase

Phase is a small charity with a big mission – to work alongside young people to promote their wellbeing and resilience. We support, educate and stand alongside young people as they navigate their way through the challenges of growing up, being at school, taking exams, making friends, planning their time, dealing with conflict and change and moving on and coping with the challenges of teen life.

We strongly believe that when children are supported early it is possible to prevent more serious emotional and mental health issues developing. Phase develops and delivers workshops, assemblies, support groups and mentoring to provide this support. We also have loads of resources available online for parents, young people and schools who want to deliver our content virtually.
